Pirrello Enterprises Inc. is an Erie, Pennsylvania-based, family owned and operated firm providing customers with Complete Document Management services. We have been serving companies large and small in such fields as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, libraries, law, government and engineering throughout PA, OH, NY and more for over 30 years.

Our Story

Back in 1981, Robert Pirrello began his career in micrographics sales in New York and from there the records department of a local Erie company. When two of his sons, Matthew and Robert, decided to start their own records-handling business in 1994, the business prospered as an area leader in records services.

​

By late 2006, interests had changed and the records services venture was sold and Pirrello Enterprises, Inc. embarked in a new direction: digital imaging, software, hardware and services. Focus was set on document management for the digital age and the company soon became the area’s largest service bureau for conversion of paper and micrographics to digital.

​

Due to customer demand for a local service provider with experience and excellent customer service response that clients can rely on, Pirrello Enterprises entered back into the hardcopy record storage and shredding business in 2010. Since then, Pirrello Enterprises has grown into the largest locally owned provider of these services to businesses both small and large.

As the business has evolved throughout the years; from records services to where we are today, a complete document solutions company, Pirrello Enterprises has kept its main goal the same: Provide Quality Work, Great Service and Competitive Pricing.
